Zahira's Boudoir celebrates International Women's Day at the London Fetish Fair

International Women's Day, March 8th is a celebration of the struggles and achievements of the Women's Rights Movement, commemorated by the United Nations since 1910.

In over 17 countries women have used this day to demand not only the right to vote and hold public office, but also the right to work with equal opportunities, better pay and working conditions.

Nearly 100 years later women in various parts of the world are still struggling to obtain these rights.

It is important that we women take the opportunity to remember and rejoice through looking back at the past achievements the Women's Rights Movement has made to our modern society giving us the strength to secure a brighter future for ourselves, our mothers, sisters and our daughters.

All the women attending the LFF have now the freedom to choose our sexuality, whether to marry or not, to have multiple partners, to be playful, to be dominant, to be submissive.
