Access details for wheelchair users at London Fetish Fair

 

Our events have always taken wheelchair access into consideration in choices of venue.

Our venue is a cellar based club on two levels separated by steps.

At our latest venue we did have a wheelchair user recently attend the event who could gain access to all of the stands, bar a nd seating area so it is manageable once you get in to the event. Everyone at the fair is always very friendly and supportive to make sure everyone over 18 can enjoy the day with as minimum fuss as possible. 10 times out of 10 we have people availble to help make sure you get in to the event safely and we don't mind being patient to ensure you can have some fun too.

If you are a wheelchair user we still want to make you feel welcome at the event by allowing you the foreknowledge that there is a flight of stairs to navigate and that the toilets also have limited navigation. However, we are the kind of people who would go to that extra effort to try to ensure that your needs are met on the day.

If you are able to arrange two attendants to help you get you and your chair up and down the stairs we will admit all 3 of you as our guest for the day. We will also have extra help at the event, but recommend you bring an assistant. These are the terms under which we can try to make your admittance to the event possible. We have always tried our best to make it possible for people of differing abilities to attend and enjoy the event both as standholders and visitors.

Ambulant access for visitors to London Fetish Fair: There is a flight of stairs down to the venue and we can provide support to help you get down the stairs. The actual venue is otherwise on one level with one step down to get to the bar. Normally if someone gets tired out, we bring a chair to them, to rest, if necessary. There is always plenty of seating in the lounge area but if you alert us that you also need extra seating to rest at intervals, we can arrange that for you as well.
